Not if you don't want to! You have your own PRIVATE gym to use with just you and your personal trainer. An important goal for me is that you're comfortable. . We also provide online consultations for at home workouts.
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in!
