Hi! I'm Michelle, I'm a 49 year old mother of 10 year old twins. After overcoming my own health obstacles, where I suffered from hyperthyroidism, pulmonary hypertension and was in the beginning stages of heart failure, I focused solely on achieving my own health and fitness goals and made a commitment to use my skills, experience and my journey to help others. I understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and my goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. I analyze your body type, BMI, and metabolism, to create your individualized fitness and nutrition plan.
With years of success and experience, My Certified Personal Trainers and I, will develop a workout routine, meal plan, and overall strategy for achieving your fitness goals. We will help you see results sooner than going at it alone. We will help you avoid injury, lose fat & gain muscle and break through plateaus. We will show you how to set realistic goals, hold you accountable and challenge you to be better, all in my safe, private by appointment training gym.

John Lewis, owner of Everyday J.O.E. Fitness, specializes in helping perimenopausal and postmenopausal women to lose fat and gain strength, in addition to helping men at any age to get lean and shredded simultaneously. He joins the Infamous Physique team with nearly 2 decades of experience as a trainer and a nutrition coach. His philosophy centers around doing, at a minimum, "Just One Exercise" per day to maintain a healthy, fit lifestyle, which serves as the inspiration for the Everyday J.O.E. name!
